Rally HealthSM is pleased to announce the appointment of Shawn Mobley as its chief revenue officer, overseeing strategic partnerships, sales and revenue management. Additionally, the company has hired Jim Baer as vice president of data to manage analytics strategies and ongoing product innovation.

Mobley has more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry, giving him extensive knowledge of business development, strategic planning, marketing and client management.

Baer served as the head of data science at LinkedIn where he was responsible for both business analytics and data-powered product development. He also helped establish one of the top analytics departments at Zynga, a leader in the social gaming industry.
