Notice Regarding Your Rally Account
Rally is here to help you move more, eat better, and feel great. Throughout the year, we might ask you to provide health and medical information so that we can help you be your best self. Here’s more detail about how that information helps us help you, and what we do to protect it from disclosure.
Taking our fast, fun health survey!
- In our health survey, we’ll ask for simple information about your personal medical history and health – for example, your blood pressure and cholesterol levels, how much you exercise and sleep, and whether you have asthma or other conditions.
- We’ll use your answers to calculate your Rally AgeSM, a snapshot of your overall health, and to identify areas where you can start improving right away.
- Take the survey to find out what progress you’ve made since you last logged in to Rally.
Earning rewards by completing missions, challenges, and other activities on Rally!
- You may have a chance to earn rewards from your employer by completing certain activities.
- For some activities, including certain Rally Missions, we provide you information to help you learn about or better manage certain health conditions (like asthma or diabetes). Your participation may indicate that you have those conditions.
- To see if you’re eligible for some rewards, you may be asked whether you’ve been to the doctor, engaged in healthy activities, or for information about your health – like your biometric screening or blood test results, or whether you’ve gotten an annual physical, preventive checkups, or immunizations.
How does Rally share and protect this medical information?
- We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (like encryption) to protect your medical information under federal and state law, including HIPAA.
- We don’t share medical information that identifies you with your employer, other users, or the public, except where permitted by law. That information is only shared with our partners, like your health insurer and parties who help us provide the site to you. Just like Rally, our partners are required to use safeguards to protect your medical information.
- Check out our privacy policy for more details about how we use and share your information.
