Is the Subtitle working?

Best-Place-to-Work

We’re thrilled — but not surprised — to learn that some Rally® customers have been recognized for their exemplary workplaces.

Every year, Great Place to Work publishes a number of lists about, you got it, the best places to work. Done in partnership with Fortune, there are lists that focus on regions (New York, Texas, the Bay Area) or company type (retail, tech, financial services, etc.). Other lists look at the best places for diversity, for millennials, or for parents.

And then there’s the biggest one of all, the Fortune Top 100 list. A number of Rally customers made the top 100 and we’d like to offer them our congratulations.

But to even be considered for these lists, companies must first be certified by Great Place to Work, a process that includes an in-depth employee survey and analysis. It’s fascinating to see what kinds of benefits different companies offer their workers.

You won’t be surprised to learn that many workplaces touted their employee wellness programs as a key benefit. In fact, several companies specifically mentioned Rally in their write-ups, including Whole Foods Market®, Benco Dental and Homeowners Financial Group.

Homeowners Financial Group promotes wellness among its employees through a variety of programs and initiatives, including the use of Rally’s mobile app. Benco Dental likes our Rally Age health survey because it suggests personalized Missions to improve health. And Whole Foods highlighted how their employees have access to programs for losing weight, reducing stress, and quitting smoking through Rally, and can easily track their progress and earn rewards while doing so.

As you might imagine, Whole Foods goes to great lengths to encourage employees to live a healthier lifestyle, including giving workers up to a 30 percent discount on groceries based on meeting a series of biometric criteria. We’re proud to be working with Whole Foods and other forward-thinking companies who are committed to creating great places to work.

If you’re not yet a Rally customer, drop us a line to learn more about how we can help make your company a great place to work, too.
